Country Analyses

Working with partners and specialist in-country environmental lawyers, we develop in-depth analyses of the legal potential for conservation litigation in specific jurisdictions.

Our reports aim to identify opportunities for action in each country, and explore how existing environmental liability provisions can be used to protect biodiversity. The “In Brief” documents provide executive summaries of each report.

We are currently working on analyses for Brazil, Uganda, Philippines, Mexico and the United Kingdom.
