This form can be used to report any problem, complaint or grievance regarding Conservation-Litigation.org, its Board, its Executive Committee, or members of its Network.

    • Reports submitted via this Form will be processed by the Executive Committee, specifically the Operations Director.

    • In the event of a report against the Operations Director, reports can be made to the Executive Director via email here.

    • In the event that the report concerns the Executive Committee, a report may be made to the Chair of the Board of Directors via email here. Reports may be made by victims or on behalf of others.

  • Reports should include as much information as possible. This includes the nature of the complaint, date and time of the incident, who was involved, if there is any concern for the safety of someone, in particular, a minor, and whether another entity has received this complaint too.  Reports should consider:

    • Who was involved?

    • What happened?

    • Were there any witnesses?

    • Was medical attention needed or sought?

    • When did this happen? If you do not have a specific date and time, give an approximation.

    • Where did the incident(s) take place?

  • Reports of actual or suspected SEAH should be good faith and provide, where possible, any information or evidence in their possession that would support a reasonable belief that SEAH may have occurred. However, those making a report are not required to evaluate or to determine whether a report that they intend to make meets any threshold of seriousness or gravity. Reporting persons or entities are not required to prove the suspected SEAH or to meet any evidentiary requirements.

Reports may be submitted anonymously. However, investigations of anonymous reports may be more limited in scope due to the inability to contact the reporter for further information.

Non-anonymous reports will receive an email acknowledgement within three days.
