Conservation-Litigation.org is officially registered as a non-profit foundation
We are very pleased to announce that Conservation-Litigation.org is now officially registered as a non-profit foundation in the Netherlands.
Evolving from our origins as a project based out of Lancaster University, this marks a significant step in our journey as an organisation and will allow us to strengthen our work to support plaintiffs around the world.
We are especially appreciative of our inaugural Board members, Kevin Glass, Emily Coffey and Andrew Lemieux, who together bring diverse leadership and expertise to our organisation.
We are now in the process of applying for tax deductible status in the Netherlands and the US, and will announce updates on this in the near future.
We are very excited to be starting this new chapter, enabling us to further our mission to use law to defend and remedy biodiversity and the environment.
