  • Conservation-Litigation.org is a registered non-profit foundation (Stichting) in the Netherlands. We are certified as an ANBI (public benefit organisation) which allows tax-deductible donations and fiscal benefits in the Netherlands.

    Contributions in the US are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law through our 501c3-registered fiscal sponsor, Orangutan Outreach.

    We are not currently eligible for Gift Aid or tax-deducible donations in the UK.
