  • Conservation-Litigation.org is a registered non-profit foundation (Stichting) in the Netherlands. We are certified as an ANBI (public benefit organisation) which allows tax-deductible donations and fiscal benefits in the Netherlands.

    We are in the process of obtaining Fiscal Sponsorship in the US through our partner organisation Orangutan Outreach, which will soon allow tax-deductible donations in the US.

    We are not currently eligible for Gift Aid or tax-deducible donations in the UK.
