  • Conservation-Litigation.org is a registered non-profit foundation (Stichting) in the Netherlands. We are in the progress of being certified as an ANBI (public benefit organisation) which will allow tax-deductible donations in the Netherlands. We are also in the process of obtaining Fiscal Sponsorship in the US through our partner organisation Orangutan Outreach, which will allow tax-deductible donations in the US. We are not currently eligible for Gift Aid or tax-deducible donations in the UK.
